My name is Radostina, and I decided to join the Life Worth Living (LWL) programme to learn how to speak more openly about myself, to break free from the fear of sharing, and to embrace myself as I am. I believe that God is the one who changes us, and nothing happens by chance. This programme felt like a gift and a step towards discovering true meaning.

The programme came at a time of great change - starting a master’s degree, caring for a small child, and actively volunteering. It seemed overwhelming at first, but this journey became something much deeper. Instead of more pressure, it offered a chance for rest and reflection, allowing space to quiet the mind and rediscover who I am.

The initial hope was to find meaning in education, but the programme touched the depths of my soul, pushing me to open up in front of people who were strangers. Every day, I am thankful for this experience and for everything I have in my life. Time feels more precious now, and it’s important to see the progress that has come from this. There’s always been a desire to enrich my experiences, to share them, and to help others find their own path. In this programme, I found a place to do all of this. I truly believe that each of us took something from those around us to fill the parts we were missing. As the Bible says, we are like connected vessels, and when one is empty, the others help to fill the gaps. This is a deep wisdom about the importance of discovering ourselves together.

Through the LWL programme, I found a sense of comfort, motivation for growth, and a clearer understanding of life as it is. It also brought love and acceptance. The people I met, with their diverse perspectives, helped form new friendships that I believe will last. What is most important, however, is the lasting impact - the seeds we plant and the soil in which they grow. If the soil is fertile, the harvest will be abundant, and the fruits will multiply. I like to imagine how our own transformation will impact at least 15 others, because that’s where the true meaning lies. When something goes beyond yourself and your own needs, it takes on a much deeper significance.

It feels essential now to apply what we’ve learned and find joy in life. As teachers, we must learn to relax and appreciate the simple things. There is so much anticipation for the final meeting, and I believe it will bring the last piece of the puzzle of who we truly are. We will leave inspired, ready to embrace life with open hearts.
